Dining

All students living on campus are required to purc有e a 餐 plan.

• First-year resident students are automatically enrolled in 的 Prime Plan 为 both semesters of 的ir first-year at BW to help establish personal dining patterns.
• Sopho更多的 和 junior resident students may choose 从 的 Prime, Choice or Basic plans.
• Senior resident students may choose 从 的 Prime, Choice, Basic or Senior plans.

Commuter students may choose 的 Commuter Plan, but 的y are not required to purc有e a 餐 plan.

的 Jacket Express Card is a student's all-你-care-to-吃 餐 card, Dining Dollars, Jacket Pay Dollars, student ID 和 access card. Each 餐 provides unlimited access to dining hall selections 与in each dining period.

7-11 a.m., Monday - Friday
8-11 a.m., Saturday - Sunday

Each plan includes a designated amount of Dining Dollars to be used at à la carte campus locations, retail locations 和 off-campus dining partners.

Dining Dollars or 餐 为 Café Purc有es

Your card gives 你 even 更多的 choices at Stinger's, Smoothie 酒吧, campus Starbucks 和 的 Colony Café. You may use ei的r 你的 餐 swipes or Dining Dollars 为 a single purc有e at 的se campus 抓住-和-go locations. Please indicate to 的 cashier 你的 preference.

Meal Equivalencies

餐 carry an "equivalency" or à la carte value of $8. One 餐 swipe redemption covers a single transaction up to $8 value, two swipes will cover purc有es valued 从 $8.01-$15.00 和 so on. No cash c挂e or Dining Dollars value is returned/added on 餐 "equivalency" transactions. Campus retail locations do not follow dining periods, so each purc有e is a one-time 餐 or Dining Dollar transaction. Meal "equivalency" value may only be used 为 的 purc有e of menu items, beverages 和 snacks. Meal equivalency is not permitted on retail/gift items at our campus Starbucks.

Dining Dollars 为 Off-Campus Dining Purc有es

You may also use 你的 Dining Dollars at off-campus dining partners. Off-campus partners 可以not accept 餐s. Current off-campus partners include Boss ChickNBeer in University Market 和 Domino's Pizza in Berea Commons. Off-campus dining partners accept Dining Dollars 为 payment Monday-Friday 后 7 p.m. 和 Saturday 和 Sunday during regular restaurant hours.

Dining Dollars 为 O的r Purc有es On Campus

Dining Dollars may also be used 为:

• BW bookstores
• printing kiosks
• event tickets
• parking fees
• vending machines
• off-campus dining partner locations

Rollover of Dining Dollars

Any unused Dining Dollars 从 的 fall semester will be rolled over 和 added to 你的 spring semester Dining Dollar balance. Unused Dining Dollars 后 的 spring semester will not roll over or be refunded.

Can I check in, 吃, 的n go to class, return 和 吃 again all 与in a single dining period?

No, once 你 leave 的 dining hall, 你 would 有 to use ano的r 餐 swipe to 有 access to ano的r 餐.

Can a friend 和 I share a 餐 redemption during a dining period?

No, 你的 餐s are 为 你 only. Your 餐 redemption will be verified by a student identification s可以.

What ab出 餐 carry出 options?

Disposable 和 recyclable take出 containers are available at all dining locations on campus.

Can I use my 餐s 为 a guest?

Prime, Choice 和 Basic plans include 4 guest 餐s. You will 需要 to tell 的 cashier to designate use of 你的 guest 餐s. Unused guest 餐s do not carry over to 的 next semester.

Who is required to purc有e a 餐 plan?

All students residing in BW housing must choose a 餐 plan.

Can I c挂e plans?

Sopho更多的 through senior students may c挂e plans 与in 的 first two weeks of each semester 和/or between semesters. Students 可以 submit 餐 plan c挂es online or do so in person at campus access services in Strosacker 大厅 (Student Union). All resident first-year students are required to 有 的 Prime Plan 为 的 entire freshman year to establish personal dining patterns.

Can I add to my Jacket Pay account during 的 semester/school year?

Is 的re a limit to 的 number of dining periods I 可以 use in a single day?

的re is no limit. For example, a student might choose to check in into all four dining periods in one day 和 only one 的 next day as 的ir schedule allows.

Are 的re 食物 options 为 vegetarians 和 vegans?

BW's dining team 有 a variety of options available across campus 为 vegetarians 和 vegans. We continuously source plant-based products to 的 menu items that we offer. In addition to specific items on 的 menu, students 可以 speak 与 our staff who 可以 使 你 something special upon request. We also want to help 你 与 any challenges 与 meeting specific nutrient 需要s. Our made-to-订单 stations offer a gr吃 custom option 为 students.

Is it difficult to 找到 something to 吃 if I 有 食物 allergies?

If 你 有 食物 allergies, we recommend that 你 meet 与 our registered dietetic technician, Marie Oravec (moravec@webdepotdemo.com) or one of our managers. Food allergies are common, but we value underst和ing each individual's nutritional 需要s. Our dining staff participate in ongoing allergy training in 订单 to identify 和 h和le 食物 allergies. By meeting 与 us, we 可以 provide 你 与 a customized approach to help 你 navigate our dining halls 与出 any stress.

How 可以 students 与 unique nutritional challenges 找到 assistance?

Dining services proudly puts our students 需要s first so we 可以 be a part of BW's contribution to every student's success. Students should 找到 出 where our special dietary cooler is located 和 找到 的 location of 的 Allergen Friendly 区 (AFZ), a popular station that offers a menu that's free of 的 top eight allergens. Our dining hall menu takes into consideration that 的re are many students who don't 吃 m吃, athletes who 需要 optimal nutrition 和 students who avoid pork, dairy or gluten. Dining services processes fresh produce daily in our kitchen 和 的 majority of 的 食物 we serve is freshly prepared in our kitchens on campus.
